Kerry Slingsby joins Stop The Toad Foundation Board
Kununurra-based owner of Slingair and Heliworks WA, Kerry Slingsby,
has joined the board of the Stop The Toad Foundation.
Foundation Chair Robert Edel welcomed Mr Slingsby’s decision.
“Kerry’s arrival strengthens the Foundation’s
links to East Kimberley communities and complements the wealth of
experience already resident within our Committee of Management”
he said.
The multi-award winning Slingair Heliwork WA is Western Australia's
largest privately owned aviation company with a fleet of over 50
aircraft operating scenic air tours, charters, air safaris, helicopter
flights and ground touring options. With the growing popularity
of the East Kimberley region as a tourist destination the business
employs approximately 90 staff at the peak of the tourist season.
Mr Slingsby joins Robert Edel (Partner, Gadens Layers), Luc Longley
(former NBA and Olympic basketballer and current Chair of Healthway),
Dr Andrew Storey (UWA), Chris Tallentire (Director, Conservation
Council of WA), Ken Bradley (Volunteering WA) and Russell Gueho
(Northern Habitat).
